dokissaten: Having found out that her brother, Shido, was kidnapped, Tomoko left home to bring him back. During her search, she ran into her childhood friend, Seika, in a supermarket and was brought to the cafe— where she was also reunited with her brother who apparently doesn’t remember her. Seeing him happy there and wanting to catch up with Seika, she decided to stay and work there as well. Likes: Supermarkets! Asking questions! dokissaten: As the owner’s daughter, Seika has been stuck in the café ever since she was little girl. This was probably because her mother wanted to teach her the value of money: aka “work for your allowance” and also because her house doubles as the establishment. Hachiko is the actual owner of the café. Due to her frequent disappearances, the café usually has to fend for itself without its owner. She comes back to help out every once in a while, (with an unusual amount of money from who knows where) but always manages to disappear again. When she is around though, she likes to hit on people, Johnny Jr. being her favorite. dokissaten: Lulu was half of a bubbly set of fraternal twins, but due to some carelessness, she and her brother were left behind and separated at a supermarket. Unlike her twin, however, she was taken in by a wealthy couple who spoiled her rotten and let her do as she pleased. Luckily, she didn’t grow up to be a brat, her spending can get a little out of control though. Not one for mediocrity, Lulu entertains herself by messing around with different styles and interests which can cause her to be a bright and bubbly gal at one point, to a more serene and grounded mori girl next. Lu as Lulu

dokissaten: Gyo is the other half of an adorable set of twins that were unfortunately separated at a warehouse-like supermarket when they were just wee babes. Luckily for him, an elderly couple found him and took the crying boy as their own without a second thought. Unlike his twin sister, Gyo was a very quiet boy who actually enjoyed the simpler joys in life like spending time with his ‘parents’ and massaging their tiny feet. Unbeknownst to the two, however, Gyo has been taking out his pent up frustration on unfortunate gangsters around town as he struggles to find out where his real parents are. He ended up being dumped in a random country afterwards, discovering the Café. Ironically, he did not lose his right eye at sea; Head Butler Emiru accidentally poked it out with a cigarette one day, and Johnny had to wear his sparkly eye patch for real. Because of this, customers don’t usually trust him well enough to ask him to serve them. However, Johnny makes himself useful with his surprising (but-at-the-same-time-not) management skills.
